Sound baths, journeys, immersions or Tune Ins. Different names same purpose. I combine sound and breathwork for a unique experience.
Normally around an hour of relaxation and getting out of the head and back to the body. Simply lie back and let the sounds and the guided breathing take you to a relaxed state of being.
Calm your sympathetic nervous system and nourish and support the parasympathetic. Or put simply kick out the cortisol for a while and welcome in the dopamine. The more you do this the more you will see positive change.
