"I attended my very first Health Through Sound session a few weeks ago, I walked in quite stressed after a busy day, I walked out an hour later calm, relaxed, rejuvenated and happy.
I attended my 3rd session this evening, Dawn adds different elements to each session, tonight we tried chanting as part of breathing exercises, amazing.
I cannot express how helpful these sessions are, I positively look forward to them. I also sleep so well after attending.
