Leave your ordinary life behind and step into your own sacred space.
An hour and half opportunity to get out of your head and re connect back to the body. Calm your sympathetic nervous system, nourish and support the parasympathetic system.
Working with your own positive intention for change, you will be guided on a visualization meditation followed by being bathed in harmonic sounds and frequencies from instruments ranging from the Monochord to hang pan.
We will start with a soothing Reishi mushroom tea – there are some contraindications for this- please speak to me about this. We will then move onto to some gentle and soothing breathwork which will involve using your own voice before moving into the guided imagery meditation and sound bathing.
You will be activating a higher state by invoking a feeling of gratitude. Please think of something beforehand that you can use on the evening- this could be a memory or just something that you do that brings joy to your being. The more you can visualise it and bring in all of your senses the more effective it will be.
We will be working with intention so please think about something that you can use on the night. It helps to write it down beforehand. You do not need to divulge what this but by “spelling” it out you are giving it more power. An intention should be written in the present tense using positive language eg “I AM in a optimal state of health. My mind is clear and I AM full of joy and happiness” Make it short and specific. If this is new to you I highly recommend looking at resources from Lynne Mctaggart and Dr Bruce Lipton. Research shows that using this method of meditation leads to positive brain changes referred to as Neuroplasticity.
I will provide a mat to lie on. Please bring with you a pillow, blanket and maybe a journal for thoughts and inspiration afterwards.
I will provide you with some exercises on vagus nerve stimulation through breath and vocal toning to do in your own time afterwards.
These intimate sessions are limited to 5 people. You will get the benefits of being fully immersed in the sound and the affects of the instruments.
I look forward to meeting you dawn
